Egg Benedict's
Instead of English muffins, croissant was cut half and spreaded with ham and 'poached' egg with 'holadaise sauce'. Usual thinly sliced ham, the egg wasn't really poached that one could dig the egg yolk out, the holadaise sauce was actually marmalde. HOWEVER, the overall combination came out to pretty good, at a price of $28 it did give an inovative hong kong styled breakfast, worth a try
Thai styled satay beef noodles
As it named, the sauce taste good without giving much spicy esp in early morning, the noodles couldn't be bad as japanese one was used
My cup of milk tea tasted with chlorinated one but was changed then and tasted not bad
Still I prefer the authentic one
