The menu wasn’t accurate and it’s leading to wrong order, I didn’t want to waste time & energy to argue, so only drank the hot water after the horrible order arrived!!! And surly I paid $1) from the menu one is iced matcha and another one is matcha dirty, obviously the layer should be hot !!???2) clicked into it, there’s only choices to choose less ice in iced matcha, makes sense to expect it’s hot matcha dirty3) without knowing, it’s iced matcha dirty; I didn’t mind I over look the “dirty” is r

I asked for hot water, staff said “serve yourself” I asked again”no hot water?” “ ohhhh… yes….” Then gave me a glass of hot water
Definitely I didn’t touch the drink at all and paid for my time sitting in the coffee shop and the glass of hot water. How much did I pay them? Look at the pic….
