Went to Agave with two friends. As a starter we took the taco chips, which was actually quite ok. For dinner my friends took the burrito and I took the taco chicken.The taco was not a hard shell corn taco (which I like!) but a toasted fajita pancake. The dish looked very simple, no sides at all. The filling was tastless dry chicken with only diced tomato. After the first bite I almost choked in it so dry. So I asked the waitress and explained that it was very dry and that I was a bit disappoin

After the first bite I almost choked in it so dry. So I asked the waitress and explained that it was very dry and that I was a bit disappointed that there were only diced tomato inside the taco and no sauses to make it easier to swallow. She said that I could order sauces on the side. I explained again that I was not enjoying my dish if it was so dry. Still she insisted I had to pay for additional sauces. I then gave her the option: or I return my whole dish or find a suitable solution. She said she could not do anything for me and left.
After a few minutes the manager came by himself and I explained it again. He was very reasonable and was offering some sauces free of charge. During my talk with him that same waitress showed up again and wanted to give me a small bowl of.... yes diced tomatos. I did not say anything to her since I was talking to the manager.
So the manager left to get me the sauces and guess what, the waitress pass by and said "a-hole" to me! I already gave up on this place and did not bother to answer her.
The tacos were still very dry and tasteless with the sauces. We left Agave with 2 of 3 dishes nearly untouched and with neary HKD 800 less in our wallet.
With this food quality and with some of your poor performing staff you will not live long Agave.
