Went here for afternoon tea where they have a deal of $55 for a bowl of pho with selection of two types of meats along with 1 appetizer and drink. The place was empty so we didn't have to wait in line.I ordered a bowl of beef pho along with spring rolls which to my surprise came out in 5 min. Obviously the food is not fresh with spring rolls tasting like it's been sitting in the refridgerator all day. Additionally, the broth for the beef pho was extremely watered down and the beef is not fresh.

Additionally, the broth for the beef pho was extremely watered down and the beef is not fresh. The entire pho tasted like beef and noodles in a bowl of hot water with absolutely no taste. We also ordered shrimp cake which was obviously premaid and very dry and tasteless.
The worst thing was the service. They manager has an attitude as we didn't speak chinese and had questions on the ingredients in the dishes. He was impatient and had a bad temper. Will not be coming back here.
