Yesterday (sunday afternoon) i had a very unpleasant experience in the antique shop in Central (Lyndhurst street) near Dymock bookshop. I was served by a waitress with tainted hair (organgy blonde) who exhibited poor manner. She was very unfriendly and rude and was impatient when taking order. I ordered a pot of tea and aske for an extra cup to share with my friend, she refused and said that the pot of tea is only for one person. Her manner makes me feel most unwelcomed and I left in 15 minute
This is a teahouse which publicise itself as a high end teahouse (with the price it charges) but the service it provides is worst than fast food chain.
It is a pity that the food and environment is good but spoiled by such horrible service. I used to like this shop and recommended to my friends but after this horrible experience, I will not come again nor recommend to my friend.
