had tea with some distant relatives there this morning. the dim sum is alright, credits go to the CHEF. but ... what happened to those waitresses? they are SOOOOOOO INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! i am not demanding andy lau's standard, i fully understand the sorrows of working class, i am not a sicko that enjoy servitude, but is mere decency and civilization too much to ask of ?????!!!!!!! we were clueless what happened to those waitresses. if the boss happens to read this, well, i feel sorry for you! one

one of them asked us to pass her the tea pots of another consumer who had left when she was packing the table. Well, that's alright, but at least you have to ask it nicely, not like we were paid for the job! and what the hell are they thinking when they pack the dirty cutlinery right over your food???!! any sense of hygiene?!
they have some discount on certain dim sum items. we had two of those, (we had 8 other regular items) and if i happend to tick them on the regular sheet, instead of the tiny pink sheet, would it mean that i could enjoy no discount? I THINK NOT, and shame on you to have insisted that the discounted items are of smaller portions when i pointed out that you overcharged us. THEY ARE THE SAME THING, SUCKERs! If they weren't, that would mean that your restaurant is cheating on the customers. I pity you for your "logics".
And, it's okay to be wrong, (even if you wouldn't admit it), normal people right them. SO don't play tricks by never getting the bill right and keeping us wait. THIS IS DOWNRIGHT SICKENING. And what's the problem of this another waitress who packed all our cutlinery away when we were waiting for the bill?!!!
Actually some customers sharing the table with us kept complaining that thier "discounted" order never arrived. At first I thought they were loud, but we came to understand their frustration with the service soon enough.
I just didn't get it.
