Service is truly horrible!My friend and I went there around 4pm. There were not many people in restaurant at that time. A waitress got our order, then left.After waiting for 35 minutes, my friend asked another waiter, how long should we wait to get our food, and the waiter told us THEY NEVER GOT OUR ORDER. We noticed the waiter is the manager of the restaurant by his name-tag.My friend was angry and said please tell the waitress to come and we'd like to ask her. The waiter said, THEY DO NOT HAVE

My friend was angry and said please tell the waitress to come and we'd like to ask her. The waiter said, THEY DO NOT HAVE THAT WAITRESS IN THEIR RESTAURANT. Obliviously, it is a lie coz the waitress was wearing the same uniform as others.
Without saying sorry, the waiter told us he could get our order. My friend asked him why we were treated badly and we were waiting for 35 minutes, and the waiter said nothing. Then, we saw the waitress who was serving us first passed our table and pretended nothing happened.
We cannot understand how a restaurant can be that irresponsible and treats customer by this horrible service. We will send the complain to Hong Kong Consumer Council.
