Horrible Service

Below average food (2/5) but horrible experience. Ordered a takeaway pickup and they had given my order to someone else whilst asking me to wait multiple times. Instead of taking accountability and apologising for the mistake, the lady (presumably manager) was extremely rude and asked me to bugger off with a grain of racist remarks. The lost pickup order was apparently not her problem. Her attitude was extremely shocking especially when it wasn’t even busy (now I know why they don’t have many cu

Below average food (2/5) but horrible experience. Ordered a takeaway pickup and they had given my order to someone else whilst asking me to wait multiple times. Instead of taking accountability and apologising for the mistake, the lady (presumably manager) was extremely rude and asked me to bugger off with a grain of racist remarks. The lost pickup order was apparently not her problem. Her attitude was extremely shocking especially when it wasn’t even busy (now I know why they don’t have many customers).

Got it sorted by calling the cops. Such racism and demeaning attitude coupled with not giving the item I paid for didn't deserve any less than this.

Will never be going back again. Not worth having to get a side of rude remarks with below average tacos.

As if HK is not bad enough as it is now. #horribleservice
