Ok, not the first time dining at Uban Coffee Roaster as I’ve tried a few times in TST. Seeing that it’s the newly opened one and didn’t know it’s another branch as new shop looks good, HOWEVER, attitude and service was terrible. Ordered 2 latte during lunch time, the guy wearing a grey woollen hat told us to wait outside just the same as the normal tsa chan teng staff who normally tells you to, no service no manners no smiling. Why are you even thinking to compete with other great cafes on Holly
Ordered 2 latte during lunch time, the guy wearing a grey woollen hat told us to wait outside just the same as the normal tsa chan teng staff who normally tells you to, no service no manners no smiling. Why are you even thinking to compete with other great cafes on Hollywood Road with such horrible manners by charging $46 for one 8 oz of coffee ??!! Will not recommend it at all, same old terrible quality of service, never spend any penny on such local cafes, not up to the standard😵💫
