Horrible Sevice

I went to have lunch with my friend yesterday. It was 12:45pm and we got the last available table. The restaurant was full. Back to pre Covid days. Was nice. We ordered two set lunches to share. When the main courses came, we told the server we were sharing and asked for two smaller plates. She hissed at us and walked away. She came back and literally threw the plates on our table. Yes I know the restaurant was busy but come on. After we finished, she never came back to clear our table or take o

I went to have lunch with my friend yesterday. It was 12:45pm and we got the last available table. The restaurant was full. Back to pre Covid days. Was nice. We ordered two set lunches to share. When the main courses came, we told the server we were sharing and asked for two smaller plates. She hissed at us and walked away. She came back and literally threw the plates on our table. Yes I know the restaurant was busy but come on. After we finished, she never came back to clear our table or take our drink order. We waited 15 mins and finally the older gentleman came by and I asked him to take our order and cleared our table. I also asked him for the bill. She came back with the bill as I handled her my credit card, she shouted at me, CASH ONLY. Even though payment method on Open rice shows credit card accepted. What if I didn’t have cash ? There is no bank nearby ? Obviously she didn’t want to swipe the card which would be more work. If you hate your job so much, pls don’t take it out on the customer. It totally ruined my lunch with my friend. She was also shouting at other customers that was sitting too far out from their table. The food was ok but the service from the Asian lady was HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I’ve never written a review online before. I had to write this one because it was such a Horrible experience.
