I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the restaurant on 14 Feb. Me and my wife arrived at 1915 and ordered a four-course meal. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the restaurant on 14 Feb. Me and my wife arrived at 1915 and ordered a four-course meal. However, we were incredibly dissatisfied with the long wait time we experienced.

Our first 2 courses arrived promptly, but it took over an hour for our third course to be served. During this time, we attempted to bring this to the attention of the waitstaff. However, despite our repeated requests for an update on the status of our order, we received no explanation or apology for the delay.

As a result, we were left with a sour taste in our mouths, both figuratively and literally. We felt that our experience was not worth the price we paid and that the service we received was unacceptable.

I would appreciate an explanation for the delay and an assurance that your restaurant takes customer service seriously. I hope that you will take action to ensure that other customers do not experience the same frustration and disappointment that we did.
