First time to this shop with son, usually visit Causeway Bay shop.Ordered a ham and egg sandwich which son ordered a steamed egg pudding (direct translation - double skin egg). As we were shopping around earlier, our hands were pretty dusty and dirty so I did not wish to use my hands to hold the sandwich without washing my hands.Asked for a fork. The elderly waiter 1st reply was "we use our hands to eat a sandwich here". After insisting for a fork, which he brought, very unwillingly, he comment

I do not even dare to ask for ketchup to go with my sandwich, in case he adds something 'special'
