My friends and i arrived at 9.30pm on the weekday. Upon arrival, we have made our reservation by placing our name on the list, which was hanging outside the shop. Having waited for over 1 hr with only 4 tables getting seated during this period, the waiter came to fetch for the next table to be seated which was finally our turn. At this point, there was a minor issue where the group of 4 who came after us, had accidentally marked their reservations on the first page instead of 2nd page (our name being the first on the list of 2nd page followed by a group of 5). we hv resolve the issue and came to agreement with everyone in the queue as well as the staff that it should be us being 1st in the queue, followed by table of 4 and then finally table of 5. After another half an hour, 2 tables were freed up. The waiter got us seated, while asking the group of 5 to be seated at the other table. Since he completely forgotten the discussion made only half an hour ago, i kindly reminded him that group of 4 should be next in the queue instead of 5 ppl. Instead of rectifying the mistake, he started accusing the customer and becoming super agitated, he started using foul language. I was so appalled by the service and since they have taken our orders 30 mins back when we were still outside queuing, we had no choice but to stay. During the entire course of the meal, he was swearing at me while telling his colleague about the situation where he completely twisted the event. Just for your reference, the desserts are overrated and it is definitely not worth the wait for 1.5 hr during a weekday, served by an aggressive waiter.
