Just visited "The Sprout" for dinner 5 course/semi buffet dinner with my boyfriend for our anniversary. All the names of dishes were in CHINESE, got shouted by lady/staff/manager for not finishing EVERY SINGLE BIT OF TOFU ON MY PLATE. She leaned to stare into my plate, pointed her finger at tofu (2 pieces to be exact) and asked " Arent you gonna finish all?" - I was being polite and said "That it didnt sit well with me" , after that she went in the middle of the place- started shouting what of b
She leaned to stare into my plate, pointed her finger at tofu (2 pieces to be exact) and asked " Arent you gonna finish all?" - I was being polite and said "That it didnt sit well with me" , after that she went in the middle of the place- started shouting what of bad eaters we are and that we cant come in here and not finish ALL her food, how dare we not eat all? Right away, i lost appetite- told my boyfriend to get up and let go pay (we did put our plates back) she then started making comments that she wouldnt charge us but she will get fired otherwise.
Im from Croatia, they have some Croatian ingredients in this place and honestly if i were them i would be ASHAMED OF THIS TREATMENT. VERY RUDE AND
UNPROFESSIONAL! Also on their site here it says they accept cards, no they dont.
Food was so-so, but the terrible attitude outshined all of it.
