Among a sea of korean restaurants, we managed to find this hotpot place, famous for its steamed seafood.On the day, we ordered the winter melon special which meant having the winter melon soup at the bottom and steaming different dishes on top, infusing the broth below with the seafood and meaty goodness. First up was the steamed egg with truffle, this was an incredible start to the meal as the egg was velvety smooth with the truffle providing a delightful flavor. Next was the clams, which were

Next was the clams, which were not only very fresh, but also very meaty which was really a real bonus. The abalone came next and we got one each which was very generous. Texture was very fresh and chewy. Next up was a real eye-opener, a whole crab. Not only was the meat very fresh and very white, the flavor was also incredibly sweet. To finish we were served the hotpot platter consisting of oysters, vegetables, pork and meatballs. All of which added an immense amount of flavor to the winter melon broth it was cooked in.
Overall a great new experience!
