I am a regular customer ,sometimes twice a day mainly through delivery app, and having had some recent extremely serious health issues and my daughter liking only some food sauces, I need to call the restaurant often as with delivery app it is complicated to give instructions snd I am not sure they will inform the restaurant . I try to be as discreet and fast as possible , respecting their job but tonight I was told not to call any more. Very simple, this attitude to the customer is unacceptabl

I try to be as discreet and fast as possible , respecting their job but tonight I was told not to call any more. Very simple, this attitude to the customer is unacceptable and I will not order from them any more! I am member of the most famous food associations in towns and Michelin restaurant chefs, my relationship has always been successfully based on feedback and reciprocal respect. What happened tonight has no justification and it means this restaurant does not care about good regular customers or customer with real health issues. Enough!
