Hadn't been to this dumpling restaurant for a long time because there was a significant drop in quality in my last visit. Last time they had a very young team, poor service and most importantly the dumplings were cooked terribly. The dumpling skin was broken and overcooked.Yesterday I happened to be in the Prince Edward area and didn't feel like eating something heavy. So I gave them a second chance. Yesterday I happened to be in the Prince Edward area and didn't feel like eating something heavy. So I gave them a second chance. I picked my favorite black fungus cabbage dumpling in soup. Took around 10 mins from order to be served. Huge dumplings as always. Very smooth dumpling skin with lots of fillings. The pickled radish were spicy and delicious just as before. The soup tasted very kudzu, just a bit oversalted but acceptable.
