For those that have regularly visited the KT and now SYP outlet since it opened a couple of years ago, it has not gone unnoticed that the prices have risen significantly since those early days when people flocked for $30 hummus and $95 tagines. The service is great, and very personal, and the food tastes good: the hummus is super fresh and tangy, the lamb sharwama had lots of flavour, sweet potato fries also cooked well but needed more sauce. The tagine was a disappointment as it was overcooked and a bit dry, but the kebabs tasted nice, although portion sizes weren't exactly gargantuan.
They still serve tasty food and the service is great (lots of free drinks and happy hour extensions), but the real USP this place had - the food value for money - is no longer there.
