After a while, when your mouth goes numb from the iciness, the meek taste of green-tea fades away altogether. There was also not enough red beans, whose sweetness was a great relief given the tasteless iciness. And – surprise – there was not enough condensed milk, which would have greatly improved the taste. The blocks of ice-cream were a nice touch, and looked interesting, but both taste-wise and texture-wise, they failed to impress. I don’t think it’s difficult to tell that this dessert needs a lot more toppings/ sauce – otherwise it’s mainly just a serving of ice. 張貼
