It is not my first time ordering take-away here and the waiting time wasn't too long even during lunch hours (around 12 something for me today) maybe 15 minutes after my phone order. Staff were generally polite.

酸辣麵 - I had high hopes for this but maybe I mistook the meaning and thought it was going to be like 酸辣湯 as the soup base, but I guess that's some sort of "cultural differences"??? and led to my misunderstanding. The bowl full of red was simply a mix of vinegar and some spicy water and may have other flavourings.

O, but they have sprinkled chinese spring onions on it, you might like to ask them to omit it if they were not your favourite,

楊家小湯包- The skin was thin, the fillings were fine, they have vinegar for your to dip/pour, the quantity of the vinegar would not be enough if you like drenching these things in vinegar, you might want to ask them for more if you drink vinegar as a hobby...like my gf.... j/k
but one thing that was kind of disappointing was that this was the last thing holding up our food order as told by the waiter, but they turned out loke warm and not as hot as it should be freshly made. Disclaimer: it takes 5 minutes walk from there to my dining room at home. So I couldn't give it a 5 star like I normally would. But I guess it would be 5-star if I dine-in?
The drink
龍眼蜂蜜 - The honey taste like everyday supermarket type of honey for me and I thought it was a cold drink, but to my surprise it was a hot drink. But I think it was alright, taste wise and the heat brings out the honey.
Did I get a stomach-ache after this?
Nope, just like last time, we both felt fine.
Will I go again?
Yes I will happily try their other foods (they have a very extensive menu), but probably no more 酸辣麵 for us.
