I was so glad Eggspectation was at the Eggsentially Art fair because they are located in Tsuen Wan and that is so far away.All their eggettes are made from duck eggs which was the traditional recipe back in the 1950s.I tried the pork floss and seaweed which was really delicious because it was not too sweet and the pork floss tasted surprisingly good in the eggette.It is amazing how they can keep their standard as good as the first time I tried them a few years ago and I have missed so many new f

All their eggettes are made from duck eggs which was the traditional recipe back in the 1950s.

I tried the pork floss and seaweed which was really delicious because it was not too sweet and the pork floss tasted surprisingly good in the eggette.

It is amazing how they can keep their standard as good as the first time I tried them a few years ago and I have missed so many new flavours that they have made according to their FB such as pistachio, bacon, custard egg puffs etc.
