Trotter is yummy, crunchy skin. Taste little bit salty, size is enough for 2 people with this. Little difference than local German style, but OK for Hong Kong market.And I love the sour radish, can reduce the trotter's salty.Salad is big, but not too special. Vegetable is fresh, dressing is not healthy at all, just is the dressing you can buy in supermarket.Beer is nice, real German brands beer!Environment is good, can't imagine it is located next to one of the busiest road.They have some chefs

They have some chefs from Germany, as I saw some foreign chefs walk inside the restaurant.
Price, regarding to location, food and environment. It is reasonable.
