Came a month ago when my friend introduced me. I had a good time. Food are good. Waiters are polite. Environment bright and clean. The Fried Cheese ball was so impressive. Only I felt guilty of being fat.This time a birthday dinner. so we ordered quite some food. Choices of main ramen are not many. U read carefully U will see only a few kinds but ADD butter or ADD corn. The small or special ramen are on another page of menu.魚湯醬油拉面very nice. Soup a little salty but I like it. 魚湯醬油拉面very nice. Soup a little salty but I like it. Noodle has good texture. I was very happy. The soup is nicely warm.
SMALL RAMEN soup are not as warm. Well, heat capacity, physics. but only $30 for a small is very considerate option. Next time I'd rather choose a small ramen and order more side dish.

COLD TOFU sooo cood, great! cold tofu should be this cold. Fresher tofu is welcome.
The BEST is the fried Octopus. Ummmm. yummy. Seldomly see an Octopus served in this complete shape. Only the shape makes my mouth water running.
I WANT GREEN TEA GREEN TEA. Eating ramen with plain water is a little too plain.
The Japanese shop owner is very nice guy. He lets us change order with smile. He welcomes me to sit even though my friends not arrived yet.
Mostly, he answers my stupid questions in CANTONESE, although I know he doesn't understand what I say completely, becoz he thinks for a few seconds.
Yes, they are hidden. but they don't cheat to attract U with exaggerating ways. Conclusion: they have hearts.
