Id like to support some local business, so I paid a visit to this new joint as soon as I heard it from a high school friend. Particularly it is near the high school we used to go to. All the tables were taken upon my arrival. There is a bar seating area, half situated on the street, half in the store, that's about 6 seats. 3 on each side. Since the cafe is at a street corner, tables are also set on the outside of the store in L shape. Anyway, i was by myself so i had a latte and hot dog to go.be

because it's a carryout I couldn't take cute pictures of how the coffee was presented. or associate the food with good chitchat memories with friends. i could judge only by the taste.
as a frequent coffee drinker, I was a bit disappointing after the first sip. I thought i was drinking sweet skim milk. although later i learnt it is a coffee-free latte, i would still expect something better as it is charging at a starbucks price. the hot dog was normal hot dog bun with wiener and ketchup. Taste seems not to be the point here.
I dont want to see it wind down after the high exposure in online/paper magazine. afterall, it is a cafe with chillaxing settings, and is a rare find within the area. next time i go, i hope to be surprised by better quality.
