Hooters (已結業)

So , it is valentine day, me and my girlfriend and 2 of my brothers decided to give hooters a try ( all you can eat wings). The moment we sat down, we were told there wasn't any alcohol for sell due to alcohol license... so we decide to call this the most " family friendly hooter" in the world... but we waited for 3 hours... without alcohol ... juice and for only 40 chicken wings... and a salad that never came.... the staff are really friendly but the food never came... not even a salad...
