Tonight 10:30p.m. my gf and I wentto have dinner in this restaurant as last time the food was quite good and the service was good. However, this time, the food is not up to standard. The dishes we ordered燒腩仔 (not fresh enough, wondering if it has been placed for a long time)金銀蛋菜苗 (so-so. In fact, this dish is easy to make.)Shrimp with Udon in cheese sauce. The dishes we ordered
燒腩仔 (not fresh enough, wondering if it has been placed for a long time)
金銀蛋菜苗 (so-so. In fact, this dish is easy to make.)
Shrimp with Udon in cheese sauce. (last time, this dish was very yummy, however, this time, it's too salty)
The most unsatisfactory thing is that we noted that there's a table which the customers smoke in the restaurant. We immediately told the waiter about this as this broke the law. However, the waiter said no one smoked and then left away. During the dinner, that table kept smoking. When we paid the bill, we told the captain about the smoking issue as a man was smoking. The captain saw it and gave no response. How come such a big restaurant will ignore the law?
After the dinner, we asked if there's any free fruit platter as the table next to us just got a free fruit platter. The captain said no more free platter. I wonder if she's telling the truth as they are rushing to close the restuarant. (please note that at that time it's just 11:30p.m.)
I was really unsatisfied with the food, and especially the service. Even someone buys me the meal, i won't go to this restaurant again. The captain and waiter are pooly trained and ignore customer's need.
