We tried one of the signatures, soy-sauce scallions shrimp, the juicy jumbo shrimps were cut into chunks, and stir-fried with lots of scallions, and it was very flavorful. The other dishes, pork ribs in sizzling pot was too fatty, 豉油皇炒麵, was dry, lacking flavor of soy sauce, 鵝腸was chewy, 蒜蓉瀨尿蝦were crispy and tasty, stream fish were ok. Their desert, almond soup (sweet), was smooth, full of almond aroma.

The food tend to be oily, 肥膩, however, the portions are big. Services were acceptable, and not to noise for conversations.
