The crepe looked really good, especially you can see how the chef assemble the whole dessert together. Yellowy crepe surrounding whipped creams, chocolate crumbles, and topped with candiced orange peel and dried orange. The pancake was having great elastic texture, but it had less flavor than it looked. Chocolate cream offered mild choco taste but the sweetness was supplemented by the candiced orange peels. However, I was really dissapointed that the dried orange slice was actually inedible, completely hard and dry and simply a decoration, instead of the sweetened one which gives gentle bitterness to add layers of taste. Maybe I should've tried the famous creme brûlée one instead🥹.
