not sure if the staffs are tired. but impatience is written all over their faces...and worse of all it reflected on their service.ordered a tall mocha and she repeated venti and dark chocolate mocha and attempted to charge me the premium of 55 bucks...nice try and sorry i didnt budge.to top it off, as an environmentalist, I specifically asked for a mug instead of a takeaway cup w plastic lid. total disappointment.forget the fact that this is the roastery, the service here in hk is worse than th

forget the fact that this is the roastery, the service here in hk is worse than those regular sbux in shanghai Taipei or spore.
