I'm a seafood snob, so I have strict requirements. Here, though, I was impressed by the quality. The enormous dish was piled high with fresh delicious foods, including saline oysters, juicy scallops, and plump lobsters. There was more than just swimming delicacies at the buffet. The squid and shrimp pastes, which were made by hand, had the perfect amount of flavor and were exceptionally fresh and bouncy.
The highlight of the meal was the seafood broth. Brimming with flavor from an endless supply of crustaceans, it was enhanced by boiling with leftover fish. We had to have a sumptuous seafood porridge served in that delicious broth to finish the whole thing off.
