A very pleasant meal after a busy day of work in Hong Kong. We cleansed our palates with what I've been told to be a Chinese traditional double boiled soup, it is different everyday at Hey Hey's kitchen. Then came a sautéed shrimp with salted eggs, to our surprise the creamy salty coating over the crunchy perfectly cooked prawns was just the beginning of our food journey.
