#約會慶生之選 An upscale European fusion restaurant that opened in September last year, with stylish interiors and al fresco seating. 🥂 It offers an intriguing menu of chilled appetizers, main courses with international influences, deep-fried snacks, and grilled meats. Includes cod roe served on cucumbers, cheese and crackers, edamame, dried shinhwa with mayonnaise, and squid. 🇯🇵
2️⃣ Chilled Shrimp with Garlic and Si Chuan Peppercorns $68 Garlicky, spicy, and packs lots of flavor with a kick from the Sichuan pepper. 🍤🇨🇳
Main Course: 3️⃣ Beef Stew $118 Hearty dish of tender beef chunks in a rich sauce. 🇯🇵
4️⃣ Whisky, Mushroom, and Truffle Risotto $108 Creamy yet not too heavy, with the earthy mushroom and truffle aromas coming through. The waiter would spray whisky on it just before serving too! 🇮🇹
Deep Fried: 5️⃣ Deep Fried Beancurd with Mapo Tofu Sauce (served in nachos style) Hmm guess you haven’t heard of this! This is one of their signature dishes, where you should spoon some Mapo Tofu Sauce onto the crispy beancurd. It’s so thin that it could easily break, which shows just how good the chefs are!! 🇨🇳

Signature Cocktail: 7️⃣ Tart-Too $98
Could you imagine trying a drinkable egg tart?🤣🤣 The rum is pretty strong, and goes well with the creamy foam and buttery taste. Recommended for cocktail lovers!! 🍸 (Butter Fat-Wash Plantation Dark Rum, Vanilla, Frangilico, Hong Kong Style Egg Tart Foam) 🇭🇰

Japanese Sweetness with a Strong Hojicha taste. Personally think the red bean flavour could be even stronger😚 (Hojicha infused T&T Vodka, Japanese Red Bean Cordial, TEAra Hojicha Liqueur, Egg White Powder) 🇯🇵
