ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴏᴍᴇɴᴛ ғᴏʀ …… ☕️⠀Located at 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘑𝘰𝘮𝘰 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘺𝘱, @in_the_moment.coffee just opened last month and have taken my feed by storm as they 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 @hemma.hk ‘s 𝕗𝕒𝕞𝕠𝕦𝕤 𝕓𝕦𝕣𝕟𝕥 𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕖𝕤𝕖𝕔𝕒𝕜𝕖𝕤 🍰 you’ll see everyone with a slice of these 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳-𝗯𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 on their tables, but when you go there PLEASE also try their 𝕗𝕦𝕤𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕚 𝕕𝕚𝕤𝕙𝕖𝕤 🍝 their 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶 blew my mind 🤩 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘭𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘧𝘶𝘭, 𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘪𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘳𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘺 𝘬𝘢𝘭𝘦 🥬 & portions are v. generous 👏🏻 Drink-wise my 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲

They offer 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘭𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 of the burnt cheesecakes, we opted for the 𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 and it was 𝘴𝘰 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘻𝘺 😍 the middle-part is intentionally under-cooked, giving a softer & creamier finish to the cake 🧀 would love to try the matcha one as well next time!!
