Surprisingly good food. I'm not a picky eater but I know good food (i think). We had their proprietary homemade minestrone soup with mini croissant as starters. Loved the flavour, a light soup that had fresh basil and full of diced vegetables, it's the real deal.For mains we had half roasted chicken and 1 full baby ribs. Crispy skin on the chicken, well seasoned with salt pepper thyme. Chicken was just a touch dry but tender nonetheless. Very satisfying. The ribs are amazing for that price. The

The ribs are amazing for that price. They are fatty, tender, and you can taste the whisky in the marinade. We couldn't finish and took home 3/4 of the ribs, the lady helpfully gave us a free box and bag to take away. No nonsense.
For sides we had garlic spaghetti, roasted veg, potatoes. Loved the garlicky pasta, it was just a wee bit softer than al dente, but good enough. The garlic perhaps was steamed, so retained some of that bittersweet profile (my wife hated it but I couldn't get enough of it). Pasta generously buttered. No comment about the roasted veg and potatoes.
Great value for money. The only thing is that the place is a tad bit cramped, so it's best to sit at the booths, if available. Pleasantly surprised, it's not like the HK local western food, this one, I will say that.
