And it taste like beef and the impossible meat is juicy instead of greasy , the salad of this bao taste more sour than fried chicken bao and it tastes amazing. You even can see it is a bit pink colour. The sauce sound like weird

The impossible bao which for vegetarian as it don’t contain any meat inside which is one of the signature bao of the restaurant. And it taste like beef and the impossible meat is juicy instead of greasy , the salad of this bao taste more sour than fried chicken bao and it tastes amazing. You even can see it is a bit pink colour. The sauce sound like weird taste but it works fine in this fusion meal.

The fried chicken is really crispy with the salad what a fresh taste and the chicken is tender wasn’t over cooked but I can even taste the skin of chicken which a bit weird. Overall is great with the sauce which little bit spicy👍🏻, the flavour of black vinegar can be stronger will be better. Also the bao which they use to made the burgers is really soft and a bit sugary 🤤as it’s kind of mantou that we have in Chinese restaurant.
