I guess it would still be a while before we can travel again without worrying too much about COVID-19, so it would be nice to visit 四國日本料理 for some authentic Japanese food, especially udon, to ease the travel bug.The lunch set came with three pieces of sushi — crab stick, salmon and tofu skin. The pork cutlet was freshly fried, which gave it a crunchy skin, wrapping the juicy and tender pork meat underneath. So yum! And the mayo definitely topped up the flavor of the pork chop a bit.
The udon itself was very, very good indeed! Al dente with delicious wheat flavor, I couldn’t stop eating them! The broth had a hint of sweet flavor, superb in lifting your mood on a hot summer afternoon.
I would definitely come back for their delicious and inexpensive food! It’s only HKD$59 for all the food mentioned!
