Inflexible And only “Kind Of” Thai

Strange Thai restaurant. Phad Thai only served one way - with Shrimp. It’s very simple for any chef to add whatever kind of meat you want, but not here. Ordered Satay (skewers) and photo shows beef, pork and chicken. I understand you only get two skewers for the 36 HKD, but I said I want 2 each. No can do. Also THE smallest satay skewers (tiny amount of chicken) that I’ve ever seen. Didn’t ask how spicy I wanted my food. It was all very bland. Phad Krapao beef was mostly string beans, but n

I understand this is China, but Thai food is generally eaten with a spoon and fork. Only chopsticks and soup spoon here. Goofy. Won’t be back.
