First time experienced in Nam Shan Estate... it took sometime for me to find out the place. Surprisingly, The dessert house was already quite full when it opened. I ordered the raspberry soufflé tart To be honest, it wasn't too bad, I guess because I'm a berry lover. It was indeed quite special to me since I have never imagine that raspberry can be the main ingredient for souffle. It was fluffy in the middle. Initially I heard lots of complaints from this because they previously added in the Ore

To be honest, it wasn't too bad, I guess because I'm a berry lover. It was indeed quite special to me since I have never imagine that raspberry can be the main ingredient for souffle. It was fluffy in the middle. Initially I heard lots of complaints from this because they previously added in the Oreo for base. Luckily, they have modified and changed it to buttery base, I could smell it! Perhaps people may concern whether raspberry have soured the tart, still I think they are very match together. One more thing, the tart is really big, it can share among 3 people.

Brown sugar shaved ice

I also ordered this Japanese brown sugar x soy flour shaved ice. They got different types of jelly. But the only thing that I was really upset about ~ it was way to sweeeeeeet! The syrup is somehow the sweetest I ever had.

Honey blueberry toast

Besides, I have also tried one of their signature- honey blueberry toast.
They got the blueberry syrup and ice cream that can be dipped by the toast. Before I ate this, I expected the the whole finger toast would be crunchy , but it turned out that it was soft inside.
