I’ve had this cafe bookmarked for quite a while now after seeing how beautiful and aesthetically pleasing their interior is. At first bite, you get a very strong mayonnaise taste that overpowers the taste of the mentaiko slightly. However, it’s good that there’s quite a lot of mentaiko in this to give you that rich flavour. The dish itself is very asian inspired and the shredded nori adds to that and helps with the aroma.

— A really good tiramisu! The coffee and orange liqueur in this is REALLY strong and might not be for everyone. Though with that being said, despite how strong both of these elements are, they’re still able to shine on their own and you’re able to taste them separately. Their mascarpone is whipped to a light creamy texture, whilst the lady fingers are adequately soaked with coffee and liqueur giving it that spongey texture. Found it very interesting that the tiramisu is finished with ground coffee beans as opposed to the usual cocoa powder which is another reason why the coffee taste is so strong.

— Taste is good but slightly disappointed by the portion size considering the price. Loved that the salmon is served two ways, smoked salmon on top and as a salad. The salmon salad incorporates yuzu which goes well with the fish and the makes the toast very appetising and fragrant.

— This was incredibly rich and smooth and went well with the tiramisu. Served at a perfect temperature and a good accompaniment to any meal.
Pic 5️⃣: Hojicha Latte - $55 hkd 🍵
— Smooth with an intense hojicha taste. Wish this was slightly sweetened to help with the slight bitterness from the hojicha.
📍Ambiance: small but cozy cafe, staff are super friendly
⭐️Would visit again?: Maybe for their drinks and desserts
