I haven't been to Olympic station for a long time, tonight, I went there to meet my friend. After picking up some stuff, we went to this Chinese restaurant that looked very busy. We sat down and ordered some Chinese tea to settle ourself. We were quite hungry so we ordered quite a lot of food. Crisp-fried Chinese yam tossed with salt and pepper:
This is an interesting snack because I thought Chinese yam was only use for Chinese soup but here, they deep-fried them and mixed them with salt and pepper. They were delicious! Me and my friend couldn't stop eating them. They were so crispy and tasty. The seasoning was mouth-watering. The texture was crunchy, it was like eating thick potato chip. I also liked the spices that they tossed the yam with.

Expresso chicken:
We could smell it coming from a distance, they must have used a strong coffee to marinate the chicken. I quite like the flavour, they were bittersweet. The chicken were also crispy and tender; the sliced almond matched so well with the chicken.

Hot plate tofu with preserved "cai xin" and minced pork:
When we saw it coming, we were in shock! We only ordered the small portion but it was so big when it arrived. It smelled so good because the tofu was served on sizzling hot plate. I liked this tofu very much because they deep fried it✌️, there were lots of homemade cai xin and minced pork with egg. They tasted delicious, I liked the flavour very much. The tofu was amazing, it was crispy outside and soft and smooth inside.

Four heavenly king:
No matter how much we love meat, we still need to have some vegetables. We tried this four heavenly king because it contained four different types of vegetables. There were lady's finger, sweet pea, French bean and egg plant.
They were all very crunchy and tasty. The sauce they used was seasoned perfectly, it was spicy and garlicky.

Stewed silver needle noodles with salted fish in claypot:
After eating all that food, we still had a noodles soup to finish off. We were amazed again due to the size of the dish, they were all in big portion. The noodles soup smelled so good, a bit smelly due to the salted fish. The staff quickly dropped the raw egg inside the pot and mixed well. There were lots of ingredients inside: shrimps, minced pork, mushroom and silver needle noodles. I haven't had these silver needle noodles for a long time, these were smooth and chewy which is the way it should be. They were very filling.
The flavour was spot on, me and my friend couldn't stop eating it. This is a must order dish!👈

Trio layered osmanthus pandan cake:
To finish off our meal, we still have the dessert. We regret ordering it because we were so full already. The cake was smooth and not too sweet. It was a great dessert to clear out all the strong taste flavour.
