This is such an adorable dish!! I had this when I was writing my book. I had this during lunch after an exam. At first I was quite skeptical about the idea of beet replacing beef. But actually as a matter of fact I have never tried beef Wellington so it was v interesting trying the vegan version of this iconic and world famous dish.
Overall impression, pretty good. However, a person like me orders extremely spicy food and this, this was bland except the salt that was sprinkled on it. Only the part w the salt tasted more flavourful other than that it was a little bland.
But then as a while, extremely well put tgt. Fully cooked and extremely smart. Def sth I might do for again tho so we’ll done habitu
