The food is good, well cook, delicious. The decoration is simple and cool. The pricing is reasonable! Everything seems so great. But the waitress is rude, inconsiderate, and the most important she doesn't make sense.
I complained about the bad Hifi effect which made me feel dizzy. She totally ignored about my demand of turning down the volume, saying the boss would not allow her to do that. I instructed her to switch off the music and I wanted to talk to her boss immediately. Then, we realized that it was the noise of the bad air conditioning. But the waitress never apologized and just appeared as a "black face" (黑面神).
I don't know that 黑面神 is one of the owners/stakeholders. Even if she is, I would not change my opinion about her insanity of offending her customer. The whole restaurant was a presentation of "good taste" but this 黑面神 a kind of bad taste, and she is the "mouse shit in a bowl of congee". She ruined everything.
I went to the restaurant to celebrate my 17th anniversary.
