It was definitely a good experienc in terms of dining and playing with the cats. Went with 2 kids and they were happy and took a lot of photos with them. Food was great and location-wise, you can't ask for a better place than this. But I think it was the result of over-expanding, perhaps? I have never been to their shop in Kwun Tong, but the Mongkok one, it was a nice and cosey and small environment. We had happier interaction with the cats there. Here I think the place is well too spacious - too many customers, not enough cats. Service was a bit poor and the waiters were inexperienced. We waited at the front door for around 20 minutes and had to keep repeating our requests for them to let us in.
Overall, I would recommend the Mongkok Urban Cafe, but not this one - not yet at least - until they train their staff better.
