Let’s say I decide to try this new Italian restaurant and been there with 2 of my friend. Nice environment good design and I love the open kitchen. I love a bit less when not Italian chef running the kitchen but acceptable since restaurant owned from Italian chef. We order first classic Italian cold cut. Good selection in my point of view cheese selection should be on the same quality of cold cut: nothing less! About main course I was strongly attracted from capellini with white bolognese sauce.

Good selection in my point of view cheese selection should be on the same quality of cold cut: nothing less! About main course I was strongly attracted from capellini with white bolognese sauce. My friend took gnocchi al pesto and strozzapreti. The taste of capellini was good but the sauce was different than what we expect! I was waiting for really white bolognese but it was cream cheese. Regarding the gnocchi e strozzapreti, the pesto sauce was bit liquid and strozzapreti was ok but down than expectation. On the end we took dessert. Crostata with nutella, tiramisù & cream brûlée. Tiramisù was good but different I prefer orginal version. Crostata was little be hard to eat. I am sure they have all quality to improve. I will back again!
