I must say I am really envious of the people at LCK because D2 and all these hip restaurants were not around years ago.It is impressive to see all these changes while some pathetic places like Kwaihing are still the same with the same crappy restaurants.Started with the fruit punch and virgin bloody Mary. Begin with a few starters which looked good on IG.
The Burrata from Andria with tomato and salad was very creamy and its texture was very stringy too. The Italian octopus tentacle with chicken pea cream and thyme sauce was nice and exotic. The fava bean and wild Italian chicory was really thick and the texture was a bit like coarsely mashed beans. My favourite was the stuffed tortellini with pork in beef broth because I just like tortellini anything. The Fregola with Italian red prawn could have been stronger in taste. The Italian venison served with polenta mash is a must order because the Venison is very strong in taste yet the meat is soft and supple.
The polenta mash tasted like congee. For dessert, had the Bavarese gjandula chocolate and hazelnut with pistachio sauce which was rich with a strong cocoa taste.
