Been to Figaro half a dozen times previously and we love it... however last night’s experience was shambolic.Our group dining experience was a huge disappointment because of the service.The staff were haphazard, inattentive and did not know the menu. They were so disorganised they ended up tossing random pieces of cutlery to guests between courses, mixed up all the meat requests (med rare to well done!!!), had to be continuously reminded to top up water / wine / next course.... overall the servi

Our group dining experience was a huge disappointment because of the service.
The staff were haphazard, inattentive and did not know the menu.
They were so disorganised they ended up tossing random pieces of cutlery to guests between courses, mixed up all the meat requests (med rare to well done!!!), had to be continuously reminded to top up water / wine / next course.... overall the service was a disaster and it was a very stressful experience!

The food was still very good but the service + ambience was a huge disappointment.
We later learned that it has recently been taken over by a new owner. We wish them the very best but the service has got to step up!
