In terms of food, selection was not much for a brunch buffet. This is quite disappointed. Salads and cold cuts were available but not outstanding. Seafood on ice such as oyster (very small and thin), mussels (alright), crab legs (good size) and prawn were okay.
Hot food items such as friend rice, satay, grilled chicken, salmon and lamb rack were good. Others like Peaking Duck live station was surprisingly great. Duck meat was skinny and almost no fat and skin was very crispy.
Free flow of sparkling, rose, white and red wines, sodas and juices were served by servers upon request but they were not stingy about it at all.
Overall, service was good. It was a bit too hot even sitting by the water. Quite a tough time it was.
