I don't understand why you did not know that the restaurant is buffet-style. It's Mongolian BBQ! the whole point is to choose your own ingredients, different sauces and for them to fry it all up.This type of food is always all-you-can-eat, so don't expect gourmet but it's just a cheap way to eat a lot of food.
