Its a very notorious noodle restaurant in japan. However it is not and will not be the case in HK. Their famous dish, the tsukemen aka dip noodle is salty to an unbearable extent that you would not want to have a second. The dip tastes honestly familiar to the fish can food that you buy from the mart, the sardine kind to be exact. Don’t get trapped by the restaurant’s decoration, coz their food is the opposite. GLHF
