In pre-COVID times you had to go really early to get a seat for lunch at 九記. Now in these unfortunate times it’s easy to get a table, I hope the place is surviving. We headed down to 九記 after our first choice restaurant was full. I ordered beef brisket and hor fun. The bowl was well presented but quite small for for sixty odd dollars. For taste, the soup was flavoursome, the hor fun was fresh as for the brisket. The portion size was good however the meat was a on the tough side which was disappo
